Terms of Service - Standard Commissions
1. Payment is done through Paypal(Goods and Services only), VGen, Gopay, or BCA. Outside of Vgen, a minimum of 50% of the total payment should be sent before I start the sketch, then the rest is sent any time before delivery of the final illustration. The client may pay in installments should they request it.2. The client may request major revisions to the illustration a total of 3 times after the sketch is sent. Any further major revisions will need an additional fee. Requests for minor adjustments or corrections are not limited.3. 100% Refunds are available as long as the final sketch hasn't been agreed upon, after which the client is NOT able to refund.4. The client may use the art for any personal use as long as I am credited.5. Commercial use costs an additional 100% of my base price, at which point you can use the art for monetary gain.6. My TAT estimate is 1 to 2 weeks for character illustrations, and 1 to 2 months for scenes and backgrounds. TAT may change depending on how complex the artwork is and how busy I am.7. The client may ask for wips and updates, just don't ask everyday.8. My art cannot be used to train AI or make NFTs.
Terms of Service - YCH Commissions
1. Payment is done through Paypal(Goods and Services only), VGen, Gopay, or BCA. Outside of Vgen, a minimum of 50% of the total payment should be sent before I start the sketch, then the rest is sent any time before delivery of the final illustration. The client may pay in installments should they request it.2. The client may request only one(1) revision if there are any mistakes to the artwork.3.I do not own the subject depicted in my commissions unless they are of my own original creation4. The client may use the art for any personal use as long as I am credited.5. The base price includes the personal and monetized content license, while the merchandising use license is an extra 100%6. My TAT estimate is 5 to 10 days for YCH services. TAT may change depending on how complex the artwork is and how busy I am.7. I reserve the right to post the finished commission on my social media for marketing purposes unless specifically requested otherwise by the client8. My art cannot be used to train AI or make NFTs.
